Networking starts when you login as root, stops when you log off !
SeLinux messages can be ignored I guess, but we see clearly the devices being activated (it's a Linux bridge)
If you have any explanations I am curious.

NetworkManager configured to only allow the root user to use the main connection (bridge0)
nmcli connection modify bridge0 connection.permissions ""
fixed the issue.
